After being told by a dermatologist that we did not have lice, we called Ruth to see if she could do a lice screening since my daughter's head was very itchy and we could not figure out the cause. Ruth and her daughter came to our house on a Sunday and treated our family with safe sulfate-free, non-toxic products. Ruth was very kind and professional and made us all feel very comfortable throughout the process. She also left a lot of training material on clean up and prevention and helped us understand how to reduce our risk for the future. We strongly recommend Lice Removal LLR! They are fantastic!

Our family was visiting Brooklyn for the weekend and we spotted a louse in our daughter’s hair. Ruth came out on a Sunday and checked every member of the house’s hair. She treated our daughter with professionalism and efficiency. The issue went away and was contained long after we returned home from our trip. We couldn’t be more thankful to Ruth for coming out on short notice and helping us prevent the lice situation from spreading. Thank you!!

Ruth helped me in lower Brooklyn, and was absolutely incredible. She responded to my phone call within an hour, and arrived at my home within two hours. She was personable, prepared, and professional. She did a very thorough job in the comb out and walked me through the next two weeks. In addition, she supported me via texts with any questions I had.

When we had lice in the family for the first time recently, we were anxious, uncertain, and looking for expert help. We reached out to Ruth to do a home visit to check our family out and were grateful for her knowledge and skill. Ruth came quickly, educated us about lice (e.g., how to spot them vs. dandruff, how we might notice dead lice might appear after a treatment), showed such kindness to the adults and children in the family, and was effective. We're grateful that all this was able to be done with us staying at home and working in the visit into our evening scene. We strongly recommend Ruth for lice removal help.

Lice Removal (Ruth) is very thorough and patient which was so reassuring. She does follow-up housecalls which are also very helpful. I highly recommend her services for lice removal!
